On Monday, January 20, the Hudson Film Society presents the social thriller ‘Parasite,’ a biting satire about the disparity between economic classes in Korean society – and, by extension, other countries around the world. Already awarded the Palme d'Or for best picture at the Cannes Festival 2019, the film has also garnered a Golden Globe as well as multiple nominations for this year's upcoming Academy Awards. Showings are at the Hudson Village Theater, 28 Wharf Road in Hudson at 2 and 7:30 p.m. Admission is $12 for non-members.
