Mount Pleasant students sing the sounds of season’s greetings

Approximately 200 students from Mount Pleasant Elementary School in Hudson trekked the short distance from their school to the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Palliative Care Residence (VSPCR) on Tuesday, December 18 to bring the joyful sounds of the season to patients and staff. Organized by Grade 6 teacher Toni Rikley and under the direction of music teacher Krystyna Koelblen, the students lined up outside of the two wings of the residence and sang a selection of seasonal songs much to the delight and surprise of those inside.
