Update for the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Regional Municipal Court

As of this week, the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Regional Municipal Court is changing its schedule.

Offices are now open from Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

The Vaudreuil-Soulanges Regional Municipal Court, located at 280 Harwood Boulevard in Vaudreuil-Dorion, is a court of first offense within the criminal jurisdiction in Vaudreuil-Soulanges. The municipal court serves a population of nearly 160,000 citizens in the 23 municipalities of the territory.

The court deals with statements of offense issued under certain provincial statutes – namely the Highway Safety Code, the Off-Road Vehicle Act and the Heavy Vehicle Owners and Operators Act.

It also deals with all statements of offense relating to the Highway Safety Code issued on the numbered roads for the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions as well as municipal reports.
