Gannaiden – Art talk, garden walk and family nosh of sweet and savoury treats followed by a glass of tea with sculptor Marcel Braitstein and gardener Elaine Steinberg. Join us July 8. Cost $40 with proceeds for Gannaiden Preservation Fund. Why are we opening Gannaiden the public? Braitstein’s work is represented in museum collections abroad and across Canada. Closer to home a work is owned by Musée regional de Vaudreuil-Soulanges. Years ago part of a bog at Gannaiden was divided into a pond and wetland that is now home to Braitstein’s diverse sculptures. Preservation of the pond is a one of the key components of Gannaiden’s Preservation Fund. Join us at 3045 Montée d’Alstonvale in Vaudreuil-Dorion. For the complete program of events see
