The next meeting of the Montreal Chapter of the Canadian Aviation Historical Society is March 15. Speaker Jim Mason, retiree from an illustrious and varied aviation career worldwide, will make a presentation then on the subject of ‘Canadian Airline Development.’ He will also cover the rise and fall of air carriers due to consolidation, merger, and bankruptcy, as well as how government policies have shaped the airline structure today. Anyone interested in the history of civil or military aviation is welcome. Meeting starts at 11 a.m. at the Pointe-Claire Legion Hall, 365 St-Louis Avenue.
