Important nonetheless

Dear Editor,

I would like to remind everyone that the body of water that Hudson borders on is a moving force… it is a river! It is not a lake. It is the Ottawa River....i.e.; the Mighty Ottawa River, one of the longest rivers in the world! Why is it referred to locally nowadays as a lake?

The Lake of Two Mountains, which actually starts at Oka, goes east.

It may seem a minor point but I think it is important nonetheless.
