Heather needs a home

Heather is an 8-year-old female mixed-breed dog who was transferred to Rosie Animal Adoption following a seizure situation from an unsuitable setting. A nice, good natured dog, Heather’s ideal home would be with another dog to keep her company. She’s a small dog, around 20 lbs. with a good heart.
