Dear Editor,

I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Nancy Gravell, a new addition to Town of Hudson. Last Wednesday, October 12, she went beyond the call of duty trying to get my full recycling bin collected.

Many phone calls back and forth were made with great courtesy and professionalism.

I sincerely hope she stays.
