Too bad for Senneville's plan to accommodate millionaires.
I was looking to downsize to a home in the range of about $600,000.The lots could have been cut in half which would have given the developer just as much profit. And Senneville would also have had the same tax benefits.
I'll be waiting for the land in Ste. Anne de Bellevue in a year or two.
