More than 60 cyclists passing in Rigaud as part of an awareness hike

The Town of Rigaud is pleased that participants in the cycling challenge Challenge Head First have made ​​a stop in Rigaud under their inspiring hike aims to raise awareness of bicycle helmets and head injuries. Hans Gruenwald Jr., mayor of Rigaud , and Lucie Charlebois Minister for Rehabilitation, the Youth Protection , the Public Health and Healthy lifestyles and MPP for Soulanges, were on hand to greet the participants. "It is very important to educate youth but also all citizens of the importance of bike helmets and consequences of head injuries. I would also remind motorists to use caution when passing cyclists. The road belongs to everyone , we have to share." Says Gruenwald Jr.
