On Tuesday, March 8, job seekers and employers in the region are invited to « L’autoroute de l’emploi » the second edition of the job fair of the Vallée-du-Haut-Saint-Laurent region.

"The favorable economic environment throughout the MRC Vallée-du-Haut-Saint-Laurent promotes business development and ensures that more of them are currently in search of labor," said Sonia Côté, director of Centre local d’emploi (CLE) in Vaudreuil-Soulanges. "Building on the success achieved with the previous event held in 2013, we are again making efforts to join job seekers and the various places of business as part of this major event," said Côté.

"Highway 30 continues to have a positive impact on the mobility of workers in the region. Companies now have access to a labor pool that can travel more easily to the workplace," she said. “A free shuttle service (round trip) is also available on the day of the event for job seekers who want to go to meet employers in one of the other sites.”

« L’autoroute de l’emploi » will take place Tuesday, March 8, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the following locations: Vaudreuil-Dorion: Château Vaudreuil, Pavillon sur le Lac du Château Vaudreuil, 21700 route TransCanada Highway, J7V 8P3.

Saint-Constant: Exporail - Canadian Railway Museum, 110, rue Saint-Pierre, J5A 1G7
